WHY OUR Mini Sensor Paper Towel Dispenser STANDS APART

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why is this dispenser described as a touch-free dispenser?
A: It is operated by sensor technology. Meaning that as soon as it detects movement close enough to the sensor, it will automatically dispense a sheet of hand paper

Q: How many sheets of paper does it dispense at once?
A: It will only dispense 1 sheet of paper and then stop until it detects movement again that is close enough to the sensor

Q: How does the stub roll feature work?
A: When a roll of paper is almost finished and is about 7cm in size, it can be transferred from the upper roll holder to the stub roll holder. Both rolls are fed through the rollers and the dispenser will dispense 2 sheets of paper at a time, until the smaller roll is finished and only the larger roll is used. This ensures that cleaners do not throw small rolls of paper away, which results in less waste

Q: How many batteries does this dispenser use?
A: It takes 4 x Duracell batteries and we always recommend Duracell as it lasts the longest in our dispensers

Q: How often will I have to replace the batteries?
A: It depends on how many people use the dispenser every day, but on a calculation of 15 people per dispenser, you can safely say once every 10–12 months

Q: How will I know when batteries need replacing?
A: The LED light will flash once every 1.5 seconds, indicating that the battery life is low

Q: How long is one sheet of paper when dispensed?
A: 27cm

Q: How many sheets of paper on 1 Ticra-approved autocut roll 1-ply?
A: 1 roll of FR19, 1-ply autocut is 150m long; at 27cm per sheet, that will give you 555 sheets of paper

Q: How many sheets of paper on the Ticra-approved 2-ply autocut paper?
A: 1 roll of FR12, 2-ply autocut is 150m long; at 27cm per sheet, that will give you 463 sheets of paper

Q: How many rolls in a pack?
A: 6

Q: How much paper do I need to buy?
A: We work on an average of 3 hand washes per user per day and usually people will take 2 pieces of paper, so we estimate 6 pieces of 27cm hand paper per person per day
